Each dinner celebrates a local farm and features four courses of seasonally inspired cuisine exquisitely paired with beverages from our premier producers. Join us on the Spruce Peak Village Green for a free, open‑air afternoon celebrating oysters, coastal flavors, and summer at Spruce Peak. Featuring some of the most celebrated oyster farms on the East Coast, the festival invites guests to explore, taste, and enjoy the day at their own pace.
From the briny waters of Casco Bay to the tidal flats of Narragansett Bay, each farm brings its own story, its own terroir, and its own oyster to the table.
