All Spa providers at The Spa at Spruce Peak are Vermont state-licensed. Please speak with management about all complaints prior to the State as the State of Vermont does not communicate with businesses but requires us to inform you, the guest, to inform them.

Spa Restrictions: 

• We are not offering body treatments, massages, or facial appointments for anyone under 18 years old.
• We do not offer any treatments for pregnant women in their first trimester.
• The Spa Healing Lodge and amenity areas are for guests 15 years of age and older. 
• Day Access to The Spa Facilities are only included with treatments priced $125+.
• Robes and slippers are not provided for children’s salon services.

Service Charge: For your convenience a 23% service charge will be added on the original price of services, allowing you to stay relaxed and grounded to during your spa experience.

Cancellation Policy: Please allow a 24-hour notice for cancellation. Services moved or canceled within 24 hours of their scheduled time are subject to a 50% fee per treatment plus the full 23% service charge on the original price of services.
