Winter Woods Workout
For our Woods Workout, all athletes will be outfitted with a weighted rucksack, wool mat, and foam roller, then head out for a workout on our Nature Trails. The 50 min session in Nature consists of 3 pillars: breathwork, bodywork, and mind work. Your instructor will coach you through a “circuit training” session focusing on: breathing exercises, mobility training, agility training, and total body strength training. Finally, you’ll gear up and walk back to Spruce Peak Outfitters feeling calmer, stronger, and healthier, and one step closer to becoming the best version of you…..a Hero Sapien.
What to bring: Sneakers/shoes with traction, weather appropriate active clothing, water bottle, cellphone on “do not disturb”, and an open mind.
Must be able to: walk 1-2 miles at brisk pace, lift from ground to overhead at least 8 lbs, ok with getting hands dirty and soul clean, and be open to anything that can happen in Nature

Outdoor activities are weather dependent. Snowshoes may transition to hikes with ice grips depending on snow and trail conditions.
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. All Tours, Classes, Demos, and Activities recommend a reservation by 6pm the prior day unless stated otherwise. Activities canceled within 24 hours of their schedule time are subject to a 50% fee.
