A transformative cold immersion recovery experience which combines targeted breathwork, mobility, and comprehensive education. Prepare your mind and body for an intentional ice bath that challenges, heals, and empowers your physical and mental resilience.
Participants must be able to get to floor unaided for stretching, must be open minded and willing to stretch their capabilities, not recommended for those that are pregnant, have epilepsy, or severe heart conditions (pacemaker, high blood pressure, etc.). All participants will sign waiver and declaration of health.

Outdoor activities are weather dependent. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. Reservation by 6pm the prior day is recommended to guarantee availability unless stated otherwise. Activities canceled within 24 hours of their schedule time are subject to a 50% fee.
