Chef Keith spent a decade studying Indian cuisine and is an accomplished author with his best selling book "The Soul of Spice" and is a love letter to India's rich food traditions. Bringing in his vast experience as he creates a unique multi course tasting menu with exceptional wines to match as we dine in Tipsy Trout overlooking Mount Mansfield.
