Summer Forest Bathing Meditation

Weekly on Mon - Thu until 8/31/2026

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Designed to bring you closer with the natural world through mindful walking, meditation, and sensory awareness. Participants will be invited to spend time in quiet observation with an element of nature, allowing space for curiosity, reflection, and presence. We will conclude with an optional sharing circle.

Outdoor activities are weather-dependent. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. Reservations for all Tours, Classes, Demos, and Activities recommended by 6pm the prior day unless stated otherwise. Activities canceled within 24 hours of their scheduled time are subject to a 50% fee.
