Explore a small portion of the Long trail at the entrance of Smugglers Notch and the Barnes camp Visitor’s Center.

Rated Beginner. Must be able to walk on mostly flat terrain with some ascents, descents and stairs. All ages welcome. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Outdoor activities are weather dependent. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. Reservation by 6pm the prior day is recommended to guarantee availability unless stated otherwise. Activities canceled within 24 hours of their schedule time are subject to a 50% fee.
