Recovery & Recharge Ice Bath by Vigor Outdoors - 3:00pm
Whether it’s to start your day or end with it, this experience checks all the boxes. Experience the benefits of conscious breathing, mobility training, and cold immersion, so you can take your morning routine or recovery session to new heights. Led by a certified Wim Hof Method instructor, this session teaches you a new way to experience your breath….whether it be to generate more energy, or to calm your senses…. through a guided 60 min session outdoors (weather permitting) that focuses on key pillars of the Vigor Outdoors “way of life”: breathwork, bodywork, and mindwork. Class starts with breathing and mobility exercises to calm, stretch, and energize your body, ending with a dip in our “cold plunge”….a 150 gal, custom fabricated puncheon barrel, complete with ladder, bench, and plenty of ice. Achieve Hero Sapien status as you allow the 34-degree water to envelope your entire body, while you remain “calm, confident, and in-control” giving you a sense of power unlike any other.
What to Bring: Gym clothing of choice for warm up, bathing suit for ice bath
