Join us for an hour class that includes breathwork, flexibility training, and mindfulness, and culminates in an optional outdoor ice bath. Great for reducing inflammation, increasing energy level throughout the day, and improving sleep.

Bring a bathing suit if you plan to partake in the ice bath

All Tours, Classes, Demos, and Activities require a reservation by 6pm the day prior unless stated otherwise. Limited day-of reservations may be available. Activities canceled within 24 hours of their scheduled time are subject to a 50% fee. 

Please note that outdoor classes may be moved indoors or canceled at the instructor's discretion due to inclement weather or extreme temperatures.
