Open ice bath for anyone to drop in and try something new!

Outdoor activities are weather dependent. Snowshoes may transition to hikes with ice grips depending on snow and trail conditions.
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. All Tours, Classes, Demos, and Activities recommend a reservation by 6pm the prior day unless stated otherwise. Activities canceled within 24 hours of their schedule time are subject to a 50% fee.
Must be able to get to floor unaided for stretching, must be open minded and willing to stretch their capabilities, not recommended for those that are pregnant, have epilepsy, or severe heart conditions(pacemaker, high blood pressure, etc.). All participants will sign waiver and declaration of health.
