This less intense yoga class takes a restorative approach by combing meditative and deep stretching with slow movements. In this unhurried practice, you will feel relaxed and free to open into the present moment.

Outdoor activities are weather dependent. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. Reservation by 6pm the prior day is recommended to guarantee availability unless stated otherwise. Activities canceled within 24 hours of their schedule time are subject to a 50% fee.
