A gentle blend of restorative yoga and deep stretching, accompanied by the soothing resonance of gongs, singing bowls, and other harmonic tones. This sound bath meditation invites you on a journey inward, helping to the subconscious mind while cultivating inner peace and harmony.

Outdoor activities are weather dependent. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. Reservation by 6pm the prior day is recommended to guarantee availability unless stated otherwise. Activities canceled within 24 hours of their schedule time are subject to a 50% fee.
