Fall Elephants Head Hike
Take a different route to see a wonderfully unique view of Mount Mansfield. This trek brings you on the Long Trail with steep ascents, river crossings, and rocky edges along the southwest side of Spruce Peak. An out and back route with an elevation gain of roughly 2000ft, this hike will leave you satisfied with picturesque views and trails.
Rated Advanced. Some hiking experience necessary. Must be able to walk on varying terrain with many ascents and descents. All ages welcome, but recommended for ages 12 and up. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
