Conditioning - 1:00pm on Tuesdays
Classes will vary depending on the requests and abilities of those attending - move, strengthen and finish with a few stretches - leaving you ready to pursue your athletic endeavors with an extra spring in your step. The focus of the conditioning class will be on the entire core - including hips/pelvis/arms/legs/abdomen/spine - however, it could be focused on the body part(s) that need it.

All Tours, Classes, Demos, and Activities require a reservation by 6pm the day prior unless stated otherwise. Limited day-of reservations may be available. Activities canceled within 24 hours of their scheduled time are subject to a 50% fee. Weather dependent. All snowshoe tours will transition to hikes in case of poor snow conditions.
