Sunrise Fizz

In the dead of winter,
we could all use a little sunshine. Inspired by an orange creamsicle, this smooth, citrus-forward sipper tastes like summer in a glass.

2 ounces vanilla vodka 1⁄2 ounce apricot liqueur 1⁄2 ounce Cointreau
1⁄2 ounce lemon juice

2 dashes Bitterman’s Orange Citrate

1 egg white

First, dry shake all ingredients. Then add ice and shake again. Double- strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon wheel.

WhistlePig S’mores

While the kids toast marshmallows, enjoy
a grown-up version of s’mores by the fire. It’s the best way to warm up after a day on the hill.

11⁄2 ounces WhistlePig Piggyback Rye

4 ounces hot chocolate Whipped cream
1 graham cracker, crushed 1⁄2 ounce dark chocolate,

shaved into curls using a vegetable peeler

Stir WhistlePig Piggyback Rye into a mug of hot chocolate. Dollop whipped cream on top. Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and chocolate shavings.

Spruce Spritz

How do you give an Aperol Spritz a Vermont twist? Add craft beer, of course! This cocktail features Spruce Peak IPA from local brewery Ten Bends Beer.

A splash of grapefruit liqueur and lemon juice complement the hoppy flavor.

1 ounce Aperol
1⁄2 ounce Combier Pamplemousse

1⁄2 ounce lemon juice Spruce Peak IPA

Shake the first three ingredients and strain into a wine glass over ice. Top with Spruce Peak IPA and stir.

Main Street Margarita

Light, crisp, and with a spicy kick, this is the most popular cocktail served at the Club at Spruce Peak!

2 tablespoons sea salt
1 tablespoon chili powder 1 teaspoon lime zest
2 ounces Casamigos

Blanco
3⁄4 ounce Cointreau
3⁄4 ounce lime juice
3⁄4 ounce grapefruit juice

Combine first three ingredients in a dish. Run
a lime over the rim of a tumbler. Turn it upside- down in the chili-salt mixture to coat the rim. Partly fill the glass with ice. Shake remaining ingredients and pour into the glass.
