While Spruce Peak strives to provide the best winter vacation possible, we are independent from Stowe Mountain Resort's management, Vail Resorts, and we are unable to assist in purchasing EPIC Passes, lift tickets, or mountain reservations. Visit Stowe.com for details on how to purchase passes and make reservations.

Here are three keys to planning a successful winter vacation:

1. Plan ahead to ensure you get the dates that you want.
Occupancy will be more limited both in the Lodge and on the Mountain this winter.  You can book your reservations with confidence knowing that there are generous cancellation and refund policies.

2. Stay informed.  As the situation with the pandemic evolves, operating polices and procedures are sure to evolve as well.  Make sure you subscribe to updates from both Spruce Peak and Vail Resorts to stay up to date with the latest information

3. Know the important upcoming dates:

November 6th first day to reserve Priority Dates to ski or ride at Stowe Mountain Resort
November 24th – last day to cancel holiday (December 24-January 2) reservations without penalty
December 7th Last day to purchase Epic Season and Day Pass products
December 8th Day lift tickets go on sale online for SMR
January 15th Last day to cancel President’s week (February 12-20, 2021) holiday reservations without penalty

Dear Friends,

We hope that you and your families are safe and well during these challenging times.

Recently, the Governor of Vermont extended the 'Stay Home Stay Safe' order until May 15, 2020. Additionally, he pushed the opening date for hotels and vacation rental establishments to June 15, 2020. This means the closure date for the Lodge will be extended through June 14, 2020.

Here at Spruce Peak, we are embracing the challenge of these circumstances and hope very much to return to normal operations this summer. Next week, we will announce plans for our summer events, the golf season and more. There is a lot to look forward to and there will certainly be better days ahead.
