Our commitment to sourcing and promoting sustainable seafood goes way back. It started with third-generation owner Mike Foley, who dedicated time and resources to understanding the status of stock and the impact of fishing on the marine environment. Today we actively serve on industry panels, using our knowledge about fishery management to steer our customers to well-managed, sustainable species.

BLUE STREAM AQUACULTURE

CHARLESTOWN, NEW HAMPSHIRE

At our New Hampshire farm, we recently completed construction on a state of the art RAS for our fish. A Recirculating Aquaculture System uses efficient filtration systems to take out the waste and reuse the water, massively reducing natural resource consumption.
