1. How many nights a year may I stay in a Front Four Residence?

Each 1/8th Fractional Interest Owner is provided the opportunity to reserve up to 28 nights of Planned Vacation time each Use Year, of which not more than 14 nights of Planned Vacation time may be reserved in the Summer Season and not more than 14 nights of the Planned Vacation time may be reserved in the Winter Season.  Each1/8th Fractional Interest Owners may also make unlimited Space Available Vacation reservations, subject to availability.

Each 1/8th Fractional Interest Owner may make Advanced Space Available Vacation reservations totaling 7 nights during the Advanced Space Available Reservations Process.

An Owner who does not receive his or her full allotment of 14 Planned Vacation nights during the initial reservation confirmation rounds may book these extra nights during the Advanced Space Available Round.  An Owner may not reserve more than 21 nights of vacation time (14 planned and 7 Advanced Space Available) by means of the two reservation confirmation rounds.

All Reservations are subject to the Front Four Reservations Policies and Procedures.

2. How many parking spaces do I have access to?

Your ownership allows you use of one garage parking space while in residence. 
If your party has more than one vehicle, there will be a *$23 per night charge for each additional vehicle.

3. What may I store when I am not using my residence?

Each owner has access to one locker that is 18” deep by 16” wide and tall enough to fit skis, snowboards, boots, poles, etc., and is located in a secured, temperature controlled storage room.  In addition to the locker storage, you also have the opportunity to purchase one 20” by 18.5” by 24” plastic storage container.

Perishables are not permitted to be stored and access to storage items is available only when you are in residence. Only containers purchased by the Front Four Manager may be used.

Upon arrival, all ski and snowboard equipment will be labeled and placed in the Ski Valet, located steps from the upper lobby on the ground level.

4. As a Front Four Owner what benefits do I enjoy at Stowe Mountain Club?

Lift Access is transferable to family and friends while the Front Four Owner Designee is in residence. Arrangements must be made prior to arrival and are for the length of the stay.

• Preferred rates on ski tuning, private lessons (Monday through Friday; non-holiday), daily Mountain Adventure kids programs, and non-sale items in the Stowe Mountain Resort retail shops.

• Preferred rates on food at the Cliff House as well as the ability to make lunch reservations at the Cliff House.

Designee privileges during summer include:
• While in residence, access to the Stowe Mountain Club golf course and the Stowe Country Club golf course for the designee and spouse/partner and immediate family members (immediate family includes children under the age of 23).  Green fees with cart at the Stowe Mountain Club and Stowe Country Club golf courses are included for each member of your family (use of golf carts is limited to licensed drivers).

• Whether in residence or not, access The Alpine Club,  The Cottage and spa/fitness facilities for Front Four Owner Designees and immediate family.  They may pay the accompanied rate for golf while not in residence.

• Owners will receive 12 Stowe Mountain Club golf vouchers per year for personal use, extended family or guests staying in their residence.

• Complimentary access to the Gondola in the summer.

• 20% off Zipline and treetop Adventure Attractions (reservations required) for Front Four Designees and their immediate family.

• Preferred rates on food at the Golf Cottage, Kirkwood's Pub and the Cliff House.Owners will receive 24 vouchers per year for guest access to the Alpine Club and spa/fitness facilities (Day Guest Pass).

5. How often will I receive  housekeeping?

The current policy allows for daily housekeeping of your residence during your 28 days of Planned Vacation time (14 days in the summer and 14 days in the winter) and this cost is included in your quarterly dues.  For all Space Available stays, there is a mandatory Departure Cleaning Fee.  In addition, there is a mandatory Mid-stay Cleaning fee for all stays of four days or more.  Daily housekeeping for your residence during Space Available Vacations, whether Advance or Near-Term, is at your option and you will be responsible for the cost at check out.  The charges for the departure, mid-stay and any additional requested cleanings are $80 for a 2 bedroom, $105 for a 3 bedroom and a 4 bedroom per cleaning.

6. When can I expect the Front Four offices to be open?

Summer Concierge Hours:
Sunday- Thursday  8:00 am- 7:30 pm
Friday  8:00 am- 11:30 pm 
Saturday  8:00 am - 9:30 pm

Winter Concierge Hours:
Sunday - Thursday  7:30 am- 7:30 pm
Friday 7:30 am-11:30 pm
Saturday  7:00 am- 9:30 pm

Shoulder Season Concierge Hours:
Spring: “Mud” season: Approximately 3rd week of April – 1st  weekend in July
Fall: “Stick” season: After the 2nd weekend of October – Mid November (start of ski season)

Friday & Saturday   8:00 am - 8:30 pm
Sunday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
* If you require assistance during hours when Concierge is not available, Stowe Mountain Lodge guest reception desk is open 24 hours a day. They will be happy able to assist you with any general questions or requests you may have.

7. When will Breakfast and Wine and Cheese be held?

Summer Breakfast
Monday- Sunday   8:00 am - 10:00 am.

Winter Breakfast.  During the winter, breakfast starts thirty minutes before first chair.
Monday- Friday   7:30 am - 10:00 am. 
Weekends & Holidays  7:00 am - 10:00 am.

Wine and Cheese 
Friday & Saturday  4:30 pm - 7:00 pm.
* Holiday weekends wine and cheese will also be served on Sunday evenings.

8. Prior to all of the Fractional Interests being sold, does ownership have use of all Front Four Residences?

Currently, each residence that has a Fractional Interest assigned to it is available for Front Four Residence owner usage, at this time that is a total of 19 units, 3 two bedroom, 8 three bedrooms, and 8 four bedrooms units.  The Developer will retain exclusive usage of the 15 residences that it still owns and are not yet included in the fractional regime during the seasonal reservation process.  Unfractionalized units are available for use by the owners on limited availability.  Additional residences will become available as additional fractional shares are sold and additional residences are fractionalized.

9. When can I let someone else use my unit?

Unaccompanied guests are permitted to use your unit during Planned Vacation and Advanced Space Available reservations.  Unaccompanied guests are not permitted to use your unit during Near Term reservations.

10. Can I ever reserve more than one unit at the same time?

Yes, so long as one or all of the reservations are Planned Vacation(s) or Advanced Space Available.  You can reserve two Near Term reservations at the same time, however, they cannot overlap.

11. How  do I rent my unit?

To rent a unit, you must first choose a planned vacation or advanced space available confirmed date. These dates cannot be during one of the designated peak periods, as listed in the Front Four Lodging Policies and Procedures.  You must then notify the Stowe Mountain Lodge Rental Manager or the Front Four Manager that you would like to rent some of your time.  The Rental Manager will provide you with a rental contract which you will need to sign as well as a form to fill out listing the dates you would like to rent.  We will always do our best to rent your unit for the specified dates but please remember that we can never guarantee rentals or rates.  You will be notified if your unit rented only after the rental has taken place.  If you decide that you would no longer like to rent your time, you may notify the Rental Manager that you would like to use the time for yourself instead. You will then be removed from the rental program.

12. How do I deposit time with the Registry Collection?

To deposit time you must book a 7 (seven) day, Friday to Friday, Planned Vacation or Advanced Space Available reservations.  Once this time has been confirmed by the Front Four Manager you must contact the Registry Collection at 1-800-548-2300 and inform them that you would like to deposit your time.  You will need to tell them the dates of the confirmed Planned Vacation or Advanced Space Available reservations, the size of the unit, and the unit number.  Please note if you exchange a confirmed Advanced Space Available reservation, you will be responsible for the daily housekeeping charges according to the unit size you own.  That time is then turned into credits which are banked in your account for up to two years.   You are then free to exchange that banked time for a stay at another property any time you wish based on availability.  You can only deposit time 90 (ninety) days or greater prior to the start date of the stay you are depositing, and this date is strictly adhered to by the Registry Collection.  Once deposited your time here at the Front Four is forfeited and is no longer available to you, even if unused, although if space is available you could still stay on a Space Available reservation.  The credit value of the time you deposit is based on your unit size and the particular week you are depositing, with some weeks valued higher than others.  The Registry Collection will go over these, and any other rules you might need to know, with you over the phone.

13. What is the Front Four policy on gratuities?

Gratuities are accepted for exceptional service and are at the discretion of each owner. If you would like to show your appreciation, please be specific on the note you are leaving the gratuities for.

14. How can I become a member of the FFROA Board of Directors?

Each year the Fractional Interest Owners may elect one (1) Director to the Board of Directors.  This Director shall be elected or re-elected by a vote of the Fractional Interest Owners during the FFROA Annual Meeting in September.  Owners are invited to make self-nominations in July so that they may be included in the Annual Meeting notice sent out each August.

15. When are the FFROA meetings held?

Board meetings are open to all Owners, except under certain limited circumstances. All owners will receive notices of Board meetings and associated Board materials by their chosen method of either email or USPS. Owners may address any subject affecting the common interest community and the Association during the open forum portion of the meeting.
Otherwise, owners may listen in on Board discussions. In order to conduct orderly, efficient meetings, relevant comments will be allowed only during the open forum period.  Owners will not be entitled to engage in debate. Action will be taken on agenda items only.
